BigJon has a VERY realistic play-along version of Bullseye downloadable from his website at http://tytewurk.com/pcgames.

His game has the most realistic graphics and sound effects that I have found.

The following are some "add-on packs" for BigJon's Bullseye to bump up the realism even one more notch, this time adding on a more realistic "swirl" from the televised version!
