Faribault Police Calls

The following is an effort to provide a visual, drill-down analysis of daily police calls as recorded and cataloged on the Faribault Police Department daily police activity website. The City’s original analysis website and RAIDS Online links both seem to be deprecated as all reports come up with data source errors as of January 2025. The purpose for this page is twofold. 1) To allow citizens to know if they are at risk for crime around their home, and when it is taking place, and 2) To allow citizens some transparency given that Faribault police department scanner traffic has been encrypted as of October 2024.

This information is all public in nature.

Explore by simply clicking on problems, addresses, dispositions, or dates below. Heat maps show you where more reports have been received. Click on an address to pull up a Google Map of that location. Continue clicking to drill down to individual reports if desired. You may also select a specific date range, or search by address. Consider selecting “Contains” for address searches to search by street name instead of number. Page 2 of the report (on the left margin below) allows a tabular listing of all incidents sorted by the most recent cataloged by this effort.
